Health Guarantee
1. Health Guarantee Overview The breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has been selectively bred from a lineage known for its genetic soundness. This guarantee is provided under the following terms and conditions.
2. Genetic Health Guarantee The breeder guarantees that the puppy is free from any known genetic disorders that are common to the breed. This guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The breeder has conducted health screenings and genetic testing on the breeding dogs to ensure the absence of hereditary conditions.
3. Veterinary Checkup Requirement The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of the purchase date. If the veterinarian identifies any serious health issues that are deemed to be genetic in nature, the buyer must provide written documentation from the veterinarian to the breeder within this timeframe.
4. Limitations of the Guarantee This health guarantee does not cover:
Any health issues that arise after the 10-day veterinary checkup period.
Conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, or accidents.
Any health issues that are not genetically related.
Any vaccinations or treatments that are not administered by a licensed veterinarian.
5. Remedies If a genetic health issue is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee period, the breeder will offer one of the following remedies at their discretion:
Replacement of the puppy with another of equal value, if available.
A refund of the purchase price, excluding any deposits or fees.
6. Acknowledgment By signing this health guarantee, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein. The buyer also acknowledges that the breeder has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the health and genetic soundness of the puppy.
